For Schools & Professionals
Flexible Support. Working Together.
Forward Futures works in partnership with schools, colleges, local authorities and other organisations supporting children and young people.
We provide flexible support that can be commissioned around the needs of an individual young person, a targeted group or a wider cohort.
Our approach allows us to work alongside existing education and support arrangements rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Ways We Can Work With You
Commissioned support may include:
Individual placements or targeted intervention
School or college-based outreach
Re-engagement support
Targeted SEMH and SEND support
Personal development and preparation for adulthood
Small-group programmes
Community-based provision
Transition support
NEET prevention and re-engagement
Bespoke programmes developed around identified cohort needs
Working Alongside Existing Support
We recognise that the professionals already working with a young person hold valuable knowledge about their needs, strengths and circumstances.
Where Forward Futures is commissioned to provide support, we work collaboratively with the referring organisation and relevant professionals to agree appropriate aims, delivery arrangements and intended outcomes.
How to Get Started
Make a Professional Enquiry
Tell us about your organisation, the type of support you're exploring and the needs of the individual young person, group or cohort.
Discuss Support Needs
Our team will contact you to explore the circumstances, support needs and aspirations, and discuss what provision may be appropriate.
Agree Next Steps
Where Forward Futures may be suitable, we can discuss the appropriate assessment, commissioning and delivery arrangements.
Professional Referrals & Commissioning
We welcome conversations with schools, colleges, local authorities and other organisations that would like to explore whether Forward Futures could support an individual young person, group or cohort.
If you are a professional and would like to discuss support, we'd be happy to explore what may be appropriate.
